After working locally for many years and establishing himself as one of Calneβs most recommended estate agents, Austin decided to go out on his own in 2021 to provide a more personal, client orientated service.
Lessons learned in past roles have made it clear that when looking for an estate agent, clients desire a much more personal service nowadays, and find comfort in dealing with one agent from start to finish. This means from the start, Austin will know why you are selling, what you are looking for and what kind of timescales you are trying to meet.
The focus here is quality over quantity.
After being welcomed by wide-open arms by Calne in 2013 I soon realised that Calne was a small down with a big community spirit. My whole career to date has been based in Calne and the surrounding villages.
While selling homes it is important to be able to describe all the benefits of moving into Calne and Wiltshire, as we are currently seeing an abundance of out of town buyers discovering our lovely area. Not only do I operate in this area, I also live in the town.
A fantastic town to call a βhome baseβ with easy commuting routes to the surrounding larger towns and motorway junctions.
The past few years has seen Calne grow with many new housing developments and some fantastic small business opening. I feel the future is bright for our little town!
